How Care Works at Align Health
At Align Health, all medical care is provided by licensed Nurse Practitioners following state and federal regulations. We are not an online pharmacy and do not provide prescriptions without a full medical evaluation
Step 1 — Schedule Your Visit
Book an in-clinic or telehealth appointment with one of our licensed providers.
Patients must be physically located in Utah at the time of any telehealth evaluation
Step 2 — Complete a Medical Evaluation
Your provider completes a full assessment, including:
Medical and symptom history
Medication review
Relevant labs or imaging (if needed)
Lifestyle and health goals
We do not prescribe medications based solely on online questionnaires
Step 3 — Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your evaluation, your provider creates a personalized plan that may include:
Lifestyle and nutrition guidance
Supplements or homeopathic support
Hormone optimization
Weight-management protocols (including GLP-1s when appropriate)
Gut, immune, and chronic fatigue support
In-clinic injection services
We do not prescribe medications based solely on online questionnaires
Step 4 — Prescription Medications (When Appropriate)
If prescription medication is appropriate:
A licensed provider writes the prescription
Align Health does not dispense medications directly
All prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacies
Medications are shipped from the pharmacy, not from our website
We do NOT ship controlled substances, injectable medications, or cannabis products
Step 5 — In-Clinic Procedures
Services such as:
B12 injections
Joint injections
Spine injections
Subcutaneous injections
…are performed in person at our clinic following a proper medical evaluation.
Online checkout serves only as prepayment, not delivery of medication
Step 6 — Follow-Up & Ongoing Care
Your provider meets with you regularly to:
Review progress
Adjust your protocol
Re-check labs as needed
Ensure safe, effective care
Support long-term improvement
