Align Health currently provides clinical care to patients who are physically located in Utah.

We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for patients located outside of these jurisdictions via telehealth. Any telemedicine services are provided in accordance with applicable state and federal telehealth laws.

Prescription & Pharmacy Policy

Align Health follows all state and federal laws regarding medical evaluation, prescribing, and medication dispensing. We are not an online pharmacy.

How prescribing works

• All medications are prescribed only after a complete evaluation by a licensed Nurse Practitioner.

• We do not prescribe medications solely based on online questionnaires.

• Patients must be located in Utah at the time of any telehealth visit.

How medications are dispensed

• Align Health does NOT ship or dispense medications directly from this website.

• All prescriptions are sent to licensed U.S. pharmacies for dispensing.

• Patients pay Align Health for their program and clinical services, and when appropriate, we forward the prescription to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment.

• The pharmacy dispenses the medication directly to the patient, in accordance with state and federal law.

No controlled substances or cannabis products are sold or shipped through this website.
